Responsibilities:

• Support business decision-making through advanced data analysis, business intelligence reporting, forecasting, and data modeling activities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance metrics
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in a simplified format for leadership teams
• Build and maintain automated reporting and analytical solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Develop forecasting models to support budgets, inventory planning, and market demand analysis
• Analyze business trends and provide strategic recommendations to management based on data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and business intelligence tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and department leaders to gather requirements and implement reporting solutions
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
• Support industry reporting, market share analysis, and performance benchmarking initiatives
• Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to management and leadership teams
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Business Analysis experience
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret and present complex datasets
• Strong understanding of forecasting, statistical analysis, and reporting methodologies
• Experience using AI Tools, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Advanced Formulas)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Outlook)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in Agriculture industry (asset)
• Experience within manufacturing, automotive, agricultural equipment, distribution, or dealer network environments
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, AI-assisted reporting, or advanced modeling techniques

Compensation and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00am to 7:30pm
• Pay Rate: $48.35 - $52.20 per hour (based on experience)
