Key Responsibilities:

As a General Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Your duties may include:

 

· Assist with daily production line operations, including unpacking, packing, and moving parts.

· Load and unload parts onto process equipment, including hanging fixtures.

· Assist with drying, handling, and organizing finished parts as they come off the production line.

· Support day-to-day water treatment system operations under the direction of the site supervisor.

· Take and record basic liquid measurements and assist with routine monitoring activities.

· Move materials, parts, and equipment throughout the facility as needed.

· Assist with general material handling, including the use of pallet jacks when appropriate.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Follow established safety procedures, operational instructions, and quality standards.

· Perform additional production and water treatment duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs. as required for production activities.

· Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.

· Ability to take accurate basic liquid measurements and follow detailed instructions.

· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with supervisors and team members.

· Comfortable performing physical tasks and working in a manufacturing environment.

· Previous manufacturing, production, or water treatment experience is helpful but not required.

· Experience operating a pallet jack is preferred but not required.

· Forklift operating experience is a strong plus but not required.

· Willingness to cross-train and assist in both production and water treatment operations.
