Fargo distribution company is hiring a City Desk Representative to assist retail customers with orders and build strong customer relationships. The company supplies a variety of products, including appliances, audio systems, and TVs.

 

What you’ll do:

• Take customer orders by phone and email
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Assist customers with questions and order needs
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Occasionally assist customers picking up orders at the Fargo location

What we’re looking for:

• Outgoing, personable personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional phone and email communication
• Reliable and attendance-focused
• Comfortable building relationships with customers

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour + $500 Quarterly Attendance Bonus
