Job Responsibilities:
- Work assigned leads in a timely manner while meeting established performance metrics and sales goals
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and relationship-building activities
- Promote and sell factoring and purchase order funding solutions to prospective clients
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services and effectively communicate their value to customers
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system
- Manage and track sales activities, contacts, and opportunities within the sales pipeline
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Attend weekly pipeline meetings and monthly sales update meetings
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients
- Support company growth initiatives through proactive prospecting and lead generation

- Previous tele-sales, inside sales, or business development experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:
- Experience in tele-sales or a related sales field required
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Experience within the transportation industry preferred
- Knowledge of the freight brokerage industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
