Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Roll Clamp Forklift Operator for a well-established logistics and warehousing company in Bedford Park, IL. This position is ideal for candidates who have experience safely handling large paper, packaging, or rolled materials using specialized roll clamp attachments.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, with first-shift opportunities generally consisting of 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM split shift.

Overtime may also be available based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a roll clamp forklift safely and efficiently
• Move, stack, and transport rolled materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trailers while preventing product damage
• Supply production or shipping areas with required materials
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and storage practices
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous roll clamp forklift experience required
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely in a fast-paced environment
• Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
