Express Employment Professionals is hiring for Customer Service Representatives with experience.  These are temp to perm roles for a client that manages parking facilities across the United States and Canada. This position is 100% ON SITE.

The Customer Care Ambassadors will be located at the Customer Care Call Center where they assist customers across North America, 24/7, with customer service issues they encounter while at automated cashier parking facilities.

Customer issues include but are not limited to:

Assisting customers with questions about pricing, coupons, facility amenities, or the surrounding area
Adjusting pricing or applying coupons
Assisting customers at facility Entry/Exit
Dispatch assistance to a location if a customer issue cannot be resolved remotely

Open positions:

Part-Time (30 hours) - Sat 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sun: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Mon & Fri: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Full-Time - Sunday through Wednesday, 11:30am - 8pm
Must have a flexible availability to cover other shifts and the ability to attend initial new hire training Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
