Job Title: Full-Time Line Cook

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Sunday as scheduled, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: Starting at $25 per hour

Description/Requirements: Our client is seeking an experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join its culinary team in San Rafael. This position is responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a professional kitchen environment while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of working independently as part of a team.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established standards.
• Assist with daily food production, meal preparation, and plating.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following all food safety procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Previous experience working in a commercial or professional kitchen.
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately and consistently.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation practices.
