Job Duties:

Equipment installation and preventative maintenance
Set up proprietary equipment
Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and prolong equipment lifespan
Perform adjustments to machinery as needed to enhance performance and accommodate specific production requirements
Perform predictive maintenance
Utilize predictive maintenance methodologies such as condition, monitoring, and diagnostic tools to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime or production disruptions
Employ specialized technical knowledge to perform predictive maintenance tasks including assessing equipment health
Troubleshooting and repairs
Diagnose technical problems and malfunctions in molding machines using a systematic approach to identify root causes accurately
Collaborate with technical experts and utilize troubleshooting techniques to address routine effectively and efficiently
Execute repairs on molding machines, both independently and with technical guidance restoring equipment functionality promptly to minimize production interruptions
Facility Maintenance support
Contribute to general facility maintenance tasks beyond equipment-specific responsibilities
Assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment by addressing facility - related issues and supporting maintenance efforts in shared spaces
Collaborate with facilities team to ensure a well-maintained and conductive production environment for seamless operations

Requirements:

Knowledge of industrial maintenance safety
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in similar industry
Basic mechanical understanding and repair capabilities
Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
Knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations
Able to problem-solve
Able to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, use hands to handle, finger, or feel
Able to occasionally sit
Regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs., 30 lbs., and occasionally 50+ lbs.

Work Schedule: 7am to 7pm
