About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Sourcing & Engagement Partner to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for current and future hiring needs. This position focuses heavily on sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, relationship management, and delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Important: This is a contract role and is not a full-time employee (FTE) position.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates for a variety of open positions
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
- Execute full-cycle recruiting activities and partner with hiring teams throughout the hiring process
- Manage relationships with external staffing partners
- Build and nurture talent communities
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and OFCCP requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate status updates and recruiting workflow processes
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
Required
✅ Bachelor's Degree
✅ Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (5+ years preferred)
✅ Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
✅ Demonstrated candidate sourcing expertise
✅ Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
✅ Ability to interpret and discuss recruiting metrics, including:
- Offer Extend Rates
- Offer Acceptance Rates
- Candidate Pass-Through Rates
✅ Understanding of OFCCP compliance requirements
✅ Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Corporate/in-house recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Background primarily focused on recruiting rather than general HR
- Experience building talent pipelines and talent communities
- Adaptable and able to influence stakeholders effectively
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is a plus, but not required

- Monday through Friday schedule
- Full 8-hour workday required
