Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally

• Identify opportunities to support business growth and customer retention

Qualifications:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
• Coordinate customer needs and connect them with the appropriate team members
• Support order processing, quote entry, and customer follow-up
• Monitor open orders and communicate updates to ensure customer satisfaction
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Help create a positive, organized, and customer-focused environment
