Position Summary. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shipping & Rough Terrain Forklift Operator to assist with loading trucks and vans, organizing shipments, and safely moving materials throughout the shipping department.
Operate a rough terrain forklift safely and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks and vans.
Determine how materials should be arranged to maximize available space.
Read measurements and determine what will safely fit in each load.
Properly handle and position heavy or oversized materials.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with general shipping and warehouse duties as needed.
Rough terrain forklift experience required. Skills will be tested before hiring.
Ability to read measurements and visualize how materials will fit into a load.
Comfortable working in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
Willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts when needed.
Ability to safely handle physical and demanding work.
Reliable transportation is required.
Dependable, motivated, and willing to work hard.
