We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pick & Pack Associate for a company in New Port Richey, FL.

This position combines warehouse packing responsibilities with basic computer work. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using a computer to retrieve order information, generate shipping labels, verify order details, and ensure products are accurately packed and labeled for shipment.

Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important in this role.

Location: New Port Richey, FL
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time (Temp to Perm)

Key Responsibilities

• Use a computer system to retrieve customer and order information.

• Review order details for accuracy before packing.

• Generate and print shipping and product labels.

• Match labels to the correct orders and products.

• Pick and prepare items according to order specifications.

• Pack products carefully and accurately for shipment.

• Verify quantities, product information, and labels before completing orders.

• Perform basic math calculations related to quantities and orders.

• Maintain accurate order and shipping documentation.

• Identify and report order discrepancies or damaged products.

• Keep the packing and work area clean and organized.

• Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

• Perform other warehouse and order fulfillment duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Computer literacy is required. Candidates must be comfortable retrieving information, entering data, and printing labels using a computer.

• Basic math skills required.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand order information, labels, instructions, and safety procedures.

• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to correctly match order information, products, and labels.

• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.

• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.

• Previous pick, pack, shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience is a plus.
