Position Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, dependable Team Event Building & Setup Associate to assist with setting up, organizing, and supporting events. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who is comfortable interacting with customers, guests, and event attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and preparation.
• Build, assemble, and arrange event equipment, displays, tables, and other materials.
• Greet and interact professionally with customers and event attendees.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions.
• Assist the event team with day-to-day event needs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe event area.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow instructions and complete setup tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable talking to and interacting with people.
• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical setup activities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when events require.
