As a Customer Service Department Specialist, you would:
- File Coordinator logs, pull, and organize files
- Mailroom/Scanning assistant - process/scan incoming mail and documents, seal outgoing mail
- Receptionist - answer, transfer calls, greet customers,
You'd be great for the Customer Service Department Specialist if you:
- High school graduate or GE degree
- Ability to type 40wpm
- Intermediate level proficiency - MS Office
- Team player, able to work independently
- Prior receptionist or call center experience preferred
