Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on sheet metal components
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts and structures
• Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, press brakes, and related machinery
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous sheet metal fabrication and welding experience required
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience with fabrication equipment and shop tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of welding codes, standards, and safety practices
• AWS Certification is a plus
