General Labor - Warehouse Laborer

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer for a manufacturing environment. This position will assist with various production, material handling, assembly, and general shop duties while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Location: Olathe, KS
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Shift: 1st Shift

Position Summary

The General Laborer will support daily manufacturing and production operations by moving materials, assisting with production tasks, operating basic tools and equipment, and maintaining an organized work environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting and performing physical work throughout the shift.

Essential Functions

• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties

• Move, load, and organize materials and finished products

• Assist machine operators and other production employees as needed

• Use basic hand and power tools

• Perform basic assembly and material preparation

• Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials

• Perform additional production and general labor duties as assigned

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
