Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Packaging Specialist to join a growing team in New Milford. If you have shipping, packaging, warehouse, or logistics experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assign and distribute daily shipping orders
• Process domestic and international shipments
• Verify shipping labels and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies
• Organize and maintain warehouse shipping areas
• Respond to internal shipping-related inquiries
• Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
