Janitor/ Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Clean homes after repairs and prepare them for shipment

• Perform basic post-construction cleaning

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors

• Wipe down cabinets, countertops, and other surfaces

• Clean appliances inside and out as needed

• Vacuum floors and remove dust and debris

• Ensure homes are clean, presentable, and ready for shipment

• Complete other general cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred

• Must understand basic residential cleaning and be willing to clean thoroughly

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties throughout the shift

• Must be able to work in both hot and cold environments

• Able to bend, stand, reach, scrub, and perform repetitive tasks

• Dependable and able to work independently

• Must be willing to perform hands-on cleaning—not just light housekeeping

This is not a white-glove cleaning position, but candidates must be comfortable scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming, and completing a thorough after-construction clean.
