Express Employment Professionals of Fargo, ND is assisting a local company in finding a dependable and mechanically minded Vending Route Service Technician to join their team. This position will be responsible for delivering and stocking products, moving inventory, servicing vending machines, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities as the company grows.

 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and stock products at customer locations
• Load, unload, and move beverage and vending products
• Deliver, pick up, diagnose, and repair vending machines
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance
• Ensure vending machines are clean, stocked, and operating properly
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with warehouse and delivery duties as needed
• Help lead and coordinate a small team of 2–3 employees

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Previous mechanical, equipment repair, or vending experience preferred
• Previous delivery or route service experience preferred
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to safely lift and move products
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Pay & Benefits:

• $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
• Health insurance may be considered
