Schedule: Daytime hours, weekends required, with 2 days off during the week

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and available options.
• Process sales transactions, orders, and related paperwork accurately.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Utilize Excel and other computer systems to enter, track, and manage customer and sales information.
• Help maintain attractive merchandise displays and a clean, welcoming showroom.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to team sales goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong 10-key/data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail sales, customer service, or inside sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Must be available to work weekends.
