In this role, you'll run precision CNC waterjet equipment, read blueprints, and make sure every part meets spec, all while earning $23–$28/hr plus a $1/hr second-shift differential. If you take pride in precise work and want a stable place to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Monday-Friday 3pm to 11:30pm

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and run CNC waterjet equipment, monitoring feed rates, speeds, and tooling for precision cutting.
2. Read blueprints, dimensions, and machine instructions to produce parts to spec.
3. Inspect finished work for accuracy using calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, and scales.
4. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform ongoing preventative maintenance, keeping the workspace clean and safe.
5. Hit production targets for cycle time, quantity, and quality.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 2–4 years of experience in CNC, machining, or a related role.
3. Ability to read, write, and do basic shop math.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
5. Preferred: technical school or trades accreditation, metals/warehouse background, forklift experience, and comfort with handheld measuring tools and computers.
