Position Summary

This role is primarily focused on warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is organized, orders are fulfilled accurately, and the warehouse operates efficiently. When needed, you'll also support our customers by making local deliveries and representing the company with professionalism and excellent service.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations (Primary Responsibility)

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including serialized equipment
• Pull and stage orders for customer pickups and contractor will-calls
• Load and secure products safely for transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard area
• Assist warehouse and counter staff with operational needs and special projects

Delivery Support (As Needed)

• Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries
• Deliver equipment and parts to job sites and customer locations
• Verify deliveries, secure customer signatures, and complete required paperwork
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional customer service during deliveries

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)
• Previous warehouse, forklift, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Dependable, adaptable, and customer-service focused
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
