What You'll Be Doing
- Connecting with applicants through phone calls, texts, email, and recruiting platforms
- Finding great candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Scheduling interviews and keeping applicants engaged throughout the hiring process
- Helping keep our recruiting pipeline full and our interview numbers strong
- Managing job postings and monitoring applicant flow
- Supporting recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts
- Creating a standout experience for every applicant you interact with
