Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to lead crews and manage installation projects
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC installations from start to finish
• Train and mentor installation team members
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Communicate with customers and management regarding project status
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized job sites
