Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a physically active position involving order pulling, palletizing, loading, and unloading. This role requires working in cooler, freezer, and ambient-temperature areas.

Job Duties

Load and unload products and materials
Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
Stack and organize products on pallets
Move products throughout warehouse areas
Work in cooler, freezer, and ambient-temperature environments
Operate pallet jacks and tuggers as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred
Stable work history of at least two years preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Flexible availability for a rotating work schedule
Pallet jack or tugger experience helpful but not required; training provided

Physical Requirements

Ability to consistently lift and move up to 40 pounds
Ability to bend, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
Ability to work in refrigerated, freezer, and ambient warehouse areas

Schedule

Full-time
Rotating schedule
Shift end times vary based on daily order volume
Employees may finish early or work approximately one hour later depending on workload
