Lead Detailer / Ticket Agent / Customer Service

We’re looking for a dependable, professional, customer-focused team member who can balance customer service, administrative tasks, workflow coordination, and hands-on vehicle detailing.

This is a fast-paced position where you may be helping a customer one moment and jumping in to help detail a vehicle the next.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service

• Checking vehicles in and out

• Taking reservations by phone and in person

• Answering phones and responding to customer questions

• Sending email confirmations and communicating reservation details

• Data entry and maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information

• Checking and tracking vehicle inventory

• Using POS and reservation systems

• Coordinating the workflow of vehicles and detailing assignments

• Asking customers the right questions to understand their needs

• Helping customers make good decisions based on available options

• Handling customer-facing concerns professionally and courteously

• Checking mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle information

• Helping detail vehicles when needed

• Supporting other areas of the operation as business needs change

We’re looking for someone who is organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking. You should be confident working with customers, phones, computers, email, and POS systems while also being willing to jump in and help the team wherever needed.

The right person will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to follow direction while also taking initiative.

This position can be physical and may include standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and cleaning/detailing vehicles.

Luxury vehicles require luxury-level customer service, so professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a great customer experience are extremely important.

Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Weekend Flexibility Required
