Salary: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Description:

Are you an experienced janitorial and maintenance professional? We're seeking an Experienced Janitor Maintenance team member to join us. This role offers a competitive salary of $19 per hour and a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your maintenance expertise to operate a trash compactor and maintain a clean, sanitary environment.
• Apply your skills to perform screen changes, repair doors, and address plumbing issues (including fixing toilet mechanisms).
• Handle the movement of dumpsters, including pushing and pulling.
• Utilize your experience to install shelves securely on walls and perform other general maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated prior experience in janitorial and maintenance work is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and general maintenance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills.
