1st Shift CNC Mill Operator

Location: Mishawaka

Shift: Monday to Friday 7a-3:30p

Pay: 20/hr+ Based on experience

 

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing precision parts. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with various materials and machinery.

Duties

• Performs all assigned CNC operations
• Reads and processes sheets, blueprints, and sketches of part to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, set up using tooling/fixturing, and operating requirements
• Performs preventative maintenance on machines
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety procedures
• Maintains job routing information and completes signoffs as required

Skills

• CNC experience required, 2-5 years preferred
• Proficient with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Experience with Mazak, Hurco, or Haas machines is preferred
