About the Opportunity

We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Support Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position offers hands-on training, skill development, and the opportunity to work across multiple production areas. Team members are cross-trained in Assembly, Lapping, Material Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving to support efficient operations and create a dynamic work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience or those looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and complete shop order requirements accurately.
• Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, presses, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other production machinery.
• Interpret blueprints and technical documents to perform job duties.
• Support production flow across various departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and operating manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a production environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
