Night Auditor (Temporary)

Located in Waltham, MA

Our client, a hotel in Waltham, MA, is looking for a temporary Night Auditor to cover overnight shifts.

Pay: $25–$30/hour
Schedule: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Dates: 10/9, 10/10, 10/11, 10/12, 10/17, and 10/18
Location: Waltham, MA

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests.
• Handle multi-line phones and respond to guest inquiries.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and hotel revenue.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts and prepare daily reports.
• Document guest information, incidents, and shift activity.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to maintain quality guest service.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and phone skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently overnight.
• Must be available to work the listed dates. Additional nights may be available after 10/18.
