Job Title: Edge Banding Operator (2nd Shift) - $21.00/hour

Company Overview: This specializes in building custom wood furniture and trim, particularly cabinets. They operate continuously except for holidays, and the facility features heated floors for winter comfort.

Job Description: We are looking for an Edge Banding Operator to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Operate an edge banding machine.
• Load wooden panels (14 to 90 inches, 5 to 30 pounds) onto the machine by hand.
• Retrieve panels from a cart and feed them into the machine.
• Collect finished panels from the belt and place them on an empty cart.
• Assist CNC Machinists by loading and unloading panels into/from CNC machines as needed.

• Complete all orders to meet customer needs, focusing on quality over quantity.

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Bending Machine.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift between 5 to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift, walk between stations, and bend and twist as needed.
