We are seeking dependable, motivated Warehouse Associates to support our operations in Picking, Packing, or Shipping & Receiving. This is a fast-paced environment where employees use computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse software throughout the entire shift. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly are essential for success in any of these roles.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to take ownership of their work while contributing to a positive team environment.

What You'll Do
Depending on department assignment, responsibilities may include:

Picker
•    Use handheld scanners and computer-based pick lists to locate products throughout the warehouse
•    Follow on-screen instructions to select appropriate packaging materials
•    Scan and verify products to ensure correct item selection and inventory accuracy
•    Transport picked items using, totes, or bins

Packer
•    Verify orders using barcode scanners and computer systems
•    Follow on-screen instructions to select appropriate packaging materials
•    Build boxes and prepare products for shipment
•    Pack, secure, and seal shipments using protective materials
•    Use automated packing equipment and shipping software
•    Ensure shipment accuracy before packages leave the facility

Shipping & Receiving
•    Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against system records
•    Scan inventory into warehouse management systems
•    Process UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments using computer software
•    Put inventory away accurately and maintain organized stock locations
•    Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
•    Track shipments and communicate with internal departments regarding inventory and deliveries

Professional Communication: Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members via email regarding shipment status, delivery issues, receiving discrepancies, inventory questions, and other logistics-related matters.
