Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems
• Create 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
• Prepare customer proposals and application-specific solutions
• Support manufacturing operations and new product introductions
• Conduct testing, validation, and root cause analysis
• Lead and support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Maintain engineering documentation and revision control
• Research materials, components, and suppliers to improve performance and cost
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 0-5 years of engineering experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD Inventor preferred)
• Understanding of mechanical design principles, tolerances, and materials
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, and assembly
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
