Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety
• Create and maintain work instructions, visual aids, and production documentation
• Support tooling, fixtures, jigs, and assembly aids
• Set up and troubleshoot production equipment
• Assist with root cause analysis and process improvements
• Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with quality inspections and process verification
• Train operators on new equipment, tools, and procedures

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• CAD and process documentation experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
