Salary: up to $30.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: up to $30.00/HR

Duties:

  • Complete resident and tenant work orders in a timely, professional, and satisfactory manner.
  • Perform property maintenance, apartment maintenance, and building maintenance tasks across multiple residential properties.
  • Travel between Appleton and Green Bay properties using a company vehicle to complete maintenance requests.
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, low-voltage electrical, and general facility maintenance issues.
  • Perform general maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, fixture replacement, minor carpentry, and other handyman services.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns.
  • Document completed work orders and maintenance activities through company systems and applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and responding to tenant services requests.
  • Prioritize maintenance calls and coordinate repairs across multiple properties.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Support property management goals by ensuring buildings remain well-maintained and functional.
  • Follow all company safety policies and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, building maintenance, or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, Maintenance Worker, Repair Technician, Service Technician, or Handyman is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, low-voltage electrical systems, and general building repair.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential or commercial properties.
  • Basic skills in painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with residents.
  • Ability to work independently in a mobile maintenance technician role and manage multiple work orders.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to travel regularly between Appleton and Green Bay properties using a company truck.
  • Personal tools are a plus; company tool rental program is available.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the day.
