Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the division's sales organization and sales leadership team
• Create and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team
• Manage pricing, margin performance, and overall commercial results
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and business initiatives
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Align division goals with enterprise-wide business strategies
• Travel up to 50% to support customers, sales teams, and business objectives

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing sales teams within a manufacturing environment
• Experience developing and executing B2B commercial strategies
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, pricing, and margin management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in steel, metals, construction, building products, or related industries
• Prior P&L ownership
• Experience leading multi-site or geographically dispersed sales teams
• MBA or other advanced business degree
