Production Associate

Pay: $19–$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift

A growing manufacturing company is hiring Production Associates / Machine Operators for its 1st shift team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, manufacturing, machinery, metal products, assembly, and quality inspection.

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but training is provided! We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with operating industrial production machinery
• Drill, slot, buff, and lathe metal components
• Help manufacture and assemble torches, tips, nozzles, and larger components
• Inspect and test finished products for quality
• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
• Label, package, and prepare finished products
• Perform basic quality assurance inspections
• Handle and buff larger components that may require physical effort
• Work around designated areas where products are flame tested
• Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable learning and operating machinery
• Able to adapt as production needs and workflow change
• Dependable with a strong sense of urgency
• Willing to take responsibility, correct mistakes, and learn
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on production work
• Experience reading technical drawings is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
