Looking for a clean, production-focused welding role where you can get into a groove without running CNC equipment or dealing with TIG setups? This position offers steady, hands-on fabrication with ready-to-use fixtures and blueprints, setting you up for consistent output every day.

Streamlined Workflows: Focus on MIG welding tubing weldments using custom jigs and standard shop prints.
Perform production MIG welding primarily on steel and alloy tubing materials.
Utilize custom shop jigs and fixtures to clamp, fit, and align parts accurately.
Read and interpret fabrication blueprints to verify weld symbols and dimensions.
Conduct cosmetic and flush grinding to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes.
Maintain clean weld beads and perform visual quality inspections on all finished parts.
Hands-on Experience: Solid background in MIG welding on tubing or structural fabrications.
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read shop drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
Tool & Jig Proficiency: Skilled with angle grinders, hand tools, clamping setups, and fixtures.
Confidence: Ready and able to pass a hands-on in-shop weld test during your interview.
