Event Staff- Registration Coordinator

Salary: $20/hr

We are seeking 2–3 reliable and professional temporary associates to assist with a three-day company conference at Lake Conroe. Associates will provide general event and conference support to help ensure activities run smoothly throughout the event.

 

Job Duties May Include:

• Assist with conference setup, organization, and breakdown

• Greet and direct conference attendees

• Assist with registration and check-in

• Distribute conference materials, name badges, or informational packets

• Help maintain organized meeting and event areas

• Direct guests to meeting rooms, sessions, and designated areas

• Provide general assistance to conference organizers and attendees

• Assist with other event-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented

• Dependable and punctual

• Comfortable interacting with conference attendees and guests

• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the event

This is a short-term temporary assignment for individuals who enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced event environment.
