Sales Associate

Full-Time | Day Shift | Local Candidates Preferred

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, motivated, and comfortable communicating with people throughout the day. If you’re the type of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do and sees an opportunity as something to go after, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers and prospects primarily over the phone

• Proactively pick up the phone and make calls — you won’t be sitting around waiting for the phone to ring

• Build relationships and identify sales opportunities

• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers

• Meet established daily and weekly activity levels

• Stay organized and manage follow-ups effectively

• Work closely with the team to help drive business and achieve goals

• Handle rejection professionally and use it as motivation to keep moving forward

• Sales experience is NOT required — we can teach you sales; we’re looking for the right attitude and desire
