Machine Operator - Manufacturing / Production

We are hiring Machine Operators to join a production team manufacturing quality tire repair products. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working around production equipment.

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus!

What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery used to manufacture tire repair patches.
• Assemble products using rubber and fabric materials.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow work orders and production instructions closely.
• Record labor and inventory information accurately.
• Move finished materials to the next stage of production.
• Clean machines and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Work independently and as part of a production team. 

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of previous work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic computer skills for entering production information.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent education/experience preferred. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Frequently lift up to 55 lbs.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, and material handling.
• Ability to safely work around production machinery.
• Good hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and visual attention.
• Safety-toed shoes and safety glasses are required. 

Work Environment

Most work areas are air-conditioned during the summer and heated during the winter. This is an active manufacturing environment with moderate noise and exposure to operating machinery depending on the assigned work area.
