Field Service Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

Flexibility is a must. Hours and days may vary depending on job schedules and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial signage
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical sign issues
• Install LED lighting, wiring, power supplies, and other components
• Read work orders, installation drawings, and basic electrical diagrams
• Safely use hand and power tools
• Drill, anchor, mount, and assemble signage
• Load, secure, transport, and unload signs, tools, and materials
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and project managers
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous construction, signage installation/service, or skilled trade experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Physically fit and able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Flexible with hours and days as job schedules require
• Must be a team player
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with customers on job sites are required
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a crew
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
