A growing manufacturing company in Ennis, TX is looking for a sharp, quick-thinking Production Scheduler / Customer Service team member to keep production running smoothly and customer orders shipping on time. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a path to a permanent role!

Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and verify production work orders so parts are made on time to meet customer ship dates
• Plan raw material and finished goods needs using an MRP system
• Enter and update tooling, machine setups, and setup sheets in Microsoft Access
• Enter, print, and post work orders for the production floor, and communicate schedule changes to affected departments
• Monitor coil inventory and prepare slitting instructions and material labels
• Prepare information for twice-weekly tooling and production meetings
• Support purchasing with raw material needs and assist leadership and the office team as needed
• Maintain accurate records and daily filing

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
• Comfortable with detailed data entry and frequent calculations
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, quick thinker, and a true team player
• ISO/TS16949 quality knowledge or SAP Business One experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to stand, bend, and twist throughout the day when working on the production floor

Dress Code: Casual, with safety glasses (provided) and steel-toed shoes on the floor

Benefits: Paid holidays and vacation
