CSR / Warehouse – Front Store Associate

Job Summary:
We are hiring a CSR/Warehouse Front Store Associate to provide excellent customer service while supporting daily store and warehouse operations at a beauty products store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store
• Answer customer questions and provide product assistance
• Process orders and support basic sales transactions
• Pick and prepare products for customer orders
• Restock shelves and maintain organized product displays
• Receive and put away inventory
• Assist with general warehouse and store duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment

Requirements:

• Previous retail, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and basic order-entry systems
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes as required
• Experience in a beauty, cosmetics, or retail environment is an asset
