Warehouse Operator (Forklift Preferred)

$18-$25hr, Monday-Friday, East Metro

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a growing manufacturing client in the East Metro. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity offering $18-$25/hour based on experience.

Monday-Friday
Full-time
Day Shift 6a-2:30p

Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklifts and other powered equipment safely.
Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship materials.
Load and unload delivery trucks.
Complete inventory transactions using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Deliver materials to production and shipping areas.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Follow safety procedures and ISO standards.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.

Qualifications

Forklift experience is preferred.
HazMat experience is preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
Experience with WMS and basic computer skills.
Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Reliable attendance.

Physical Requirements

Operate a stand-up forklift for much of the shift.
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
Good vision, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
