In this role, you will provide quality support services within manufacturing and warehouse environments, ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.

Hours: 6:30am - 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured parts and products for defects, damage, or non-conformance.
• Perform sorting, inspection, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Read and follow work instructions, quality procedures, and production guidelines.
• Use measuring tools, gauges, and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
• Identify and document quality issues and communicate findings appropriately.
• Perform rework activities such as deburring, grinding, rust removal, and other corrective actions as needed.
• Act as an impartial third party between the production source and customer to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
