Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with flooring installation, patching, and repair
• Perform painting, framing, and small demolition projects
• Support light plumbing and electrical repair tasks
• Assist with deck construction and general handyman work
• Help with installation and application of commercial epoxy flooring
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools throughout job sites
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments

Required Qualifications

• Drug Free- Candidate must know up front we do not allow THC (Weed) Pens or the use of any drugs on our premises or job sites and they must pass a drug test.
• Must be ok with flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays and occasional out of town/state job sites.
• No cell phone use while on job site is permitted except during breaks
• Duties would include but are not limited to: Concrete polishing, Epoxy and resinous floor installation, surface preparation, travel to commercial job sites across greater Cincinnati.
• Previous construction, handyman, or general labor experience preferred
• Experience with drywall, painting, framing, or general repair work preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more and perform physical labor throughout the shift

 

Compensation: Starting at $23/hr (Benefit Package Available)
