About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a responsible, motivated Precision Die Cutter and Production Associate (1st Shift) for a premier production facility in Saint Louis, MO (63110).

In this hands-on role, you will be fully trained to operate an automated dye/die cutting system. You will set up production jobs, enter parameters into computer terminals, monitor cut quality, and stage finished materials. What You Will Do

• Automated Equipment Setup: Load raw materials into automated die cutting equipment and input basic job parameters into system computer controls.

• Production Operations: Monitor automated cutting runs to ensure precision cuts, consistent material feed, and smooth equipment operation.

• Quality Verification: Perform visual checks on cut materials to ensure strict compliance with order specifications.

• Material Handling: Stage incoming stock, unload finished cut parts, and organize materials for packing or subsequent production steps.

• Station Maintenance: Perform basic machine cleanup, clear minor material jams, and keep work area clean and organized.

What You Need

• Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating basic computer interfaces, entering job specs, and following digital instructions.

• Prior Experience: Previous experience operating production, manufacturing, or finishing equipment is preferred.

• Language Skills: Ability to speak, read, and write in English to follow computer prompts, work orders, and safety guidelines.

• Work Ethic: Strong reliability, eagerness to learn new machinery, and positive team attitude.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance habits, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Saint Louis, MO 63110.
