Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager for a local insurance and financial services office. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring exceptional client service, and helping maintain a productive and efficient office environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily office operations and workflow management
• Lead, support, and hold team members accountable for performance and service standards
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and time-off requests
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training employees
• Ensure client inquiries and service requests are handled promptly and professionally
• Assist with policy changes, account maintenance, billing questions, and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency procedures
• Monitor workloads, resolve operational issues, and improve office efficiency
• Support agency leadership with reporting, planning, and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of office management, leadership, customer service, insurance, banking, or financial services experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Property & Casualty insurance experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
