Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Licensed C.A.M. for a 55+ community. Send your resume if you have 2-5 years of experience, and can/have:

 

- Co-Op experience to serve as an onsite manager; working knowledge of FL Statute 719

- Active C.A.M. license

- Maintain corporate calendar and ensure all meetings & notices are posted within statutory timeframes

- Build and maintain positive relationships

- Coordinate and implement policies, SOP's, Rules & Regs and Board Resolutions

- Ensure violation letters are sent timely and there's follow-up

- Coordinate and assist with bidding process; obtain a minimum of 3 bids over $1,000 per contract; help coordinate and oversee projects

- Assist with the annual budget process; maintain oversight of reserves and financial records

- Directly supervise the Maintenance and Office Staff; Hiring, Terminating, Supervision, Training, conduct annual performance evaluations

- Maintain accurate records for maintenance upkeep for all buildings, common structures and community vehicles

- Maintain accurate records of all contracts with outside agencies and vendors

- Perform an annual review of the community insurance policies

Requirements:
- 2-5 years active Licensed C.A.M. experience

- Must have strong organizational, communication and conflict-resolution skills

- Experience with Supervision, Vendor Management and Budgeting

- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, drive a golf cart
- Requires 5 panel drug test & background check
